2. Overview

PATHORA (“the App”, package ID com.clxon24.pathora) is an Android match-3 puzzle game. The App does not require an account or registration. Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device (Android DataStore). The App does not create, share, or upload user-generated content to a server operated by us by default.

Optionally, you can connect Google Play Games in Settings to sync progress via Play Games Saved Games (Snapshots) so you can restore progress on another device with the same Play Games account. This only happens when you choose to connect. Android Auto Backup may also restore local app data when you set up a new device with the same Google account (system-controlled, not a PATHORA server).

To support development, the App may display advertising via Google AdMob and use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect advertising consent. As a result, personal data (in particular advertising identifiers) may be processed by Google and connected ad networks.

3. What data is processed?

Data typePurposeController

The App itself does not collect names, email addresses, location, or payment information. If you contact us voluntarily (e.g. for support), we process contact details solely to respond.

4. Google AdMob & advertising

The App may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers and usage data. More information:

Interstitials appear only after several completed levels and respect a cooldown. Rewarded ads are optional.

5. Consent via UMP

On first launch (and for relevant users in the EEA/UK/Switzerland and other regions determined by Google), a consent form may appear via UMP. You can change this in Settings → Privacy options. If consent fails technically, the game still starts — personalized ads are not requested until consent is obtained.

6. Children / target audience

PATHORA is not specifically directed at children under 13. Family/child-directed programs may require additional compliance (e.g. COPPA, GDPR-K).

7. Data retention & deletion

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding personal data we process directly (e.g. support messages). Contact via GitHub Issues.

9. Changes

We may update this policy for new features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
