Account & data deletion
How to delete local game data yourself, and how to request deletion of optional Play Games–linked cloud progress.
1. Delete local data (without deleting an account)
- Android: App info → Storage → Clear data, or
- Uninstall the app.
This removes locally stored progress, settings, and coins. It does not delete your Google account.
2. Request Play Games / linked data deletion
- Email cripz-yt@hotmail.com
- Subject: PATHORA Account Deletion
- Include your Play Games / Google account email (or player ID) and your deletion request
We typically process requests within 30 days and unlink/delete Play Games–related game progress we control where technically possible. Data held by Google (Play, Ads, Billing) follows Google’s controls and retention.
3. What is deleted / what may remain
- Deleted / unlinked: optional Play Games synced progress we control
- Local: no local game data after clear data / uninstall
- Short retention: support email until the request is handled
- Google ads / purchases: managed via your Google account
